We offer Free International Shipping! 

Each order will be given a tracking number to track the shipment process.

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of placing the order.
At the moment we are only able to offer normal shipping and no form of expedited shipping.

It also varies depending on your country.

Do you ship international?

Yes we do for most products! 

However for some products we're unable to and have stated so in the product pages. Do drop us an email and we'll figure out a way to find the best shipping solution to you!

How do I change my shipping address after I have ordered?

Do send us an email with your order number and details as soon as possible! We will take note and change if we have yet to ship out.

We do not collect taxes or duty on international orders.  Those payments are the responsibility of the buyer and may be charged by local postage agents prior to receipt.

Do you provide tracking number?

As soon as we have dispatched your order to our courier partner, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive one, please email us AVANTMNSM@gmail.com.

Why did my items ship in multiple packages?

If all your items aren't in one package don't worry, we do ship some orders in multiple or separate packages. This is due to weight restrictions and to ensure a faster delivery from our many warehouses. If you have any concerns just send us an email at info@avantmnsm.com right away.

How do I return my product?

We have a 30 days Returns policy
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Do note the following items are non-refundable:

  1. Gift cards
  2. On-Sale items
  3. Downloadable software products
  4. Some health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We require a proof of receipt or proof of purchase in order to process your return.

What is your processing time for refunds or exchanges?

As soon as we receive your email, we will try to process returns within 48 hours. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at AVANTMNSM@gmail.com and we'll make arrangements.
